Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at pinkparadisenail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help!

 

Returns

 

Eligibility:

 

 Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

 Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are non-returnable. Please check the product description for any specific return eligibility criteria.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

 

1. Contact our customer support team at pinkparadisenail@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

Refunds:

 

 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at pinkparadisenail@gmail.com.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

 Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants

 Customized products such as personalized items or made-to-order goods

 Personal care items such as beauty products, undergarments, and hygiene products

 

Sale Items

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
